WinBack: Covert Operations

I would totally have this guy if it weren't in such a small room. I've gotten pretty close to beating him (though I've only tried in one sitting, and had lost some health prior to the fight), but hoped there existed a better strategy than rolling around and trying not to get too close to either him or the wall. Help me!
