I find ping as a combo of of lag and internet lag. In cod1, my ping is because it has lower graphics, in newer games I set multiplayer textures to low to reduse lag and that means lower ping. So try turning down your graphics or build a better computer like I did. --- PC Gaming Playing: tf2

My FPS is pretty bad, but I always have great connection.
