How do I bind keys to "F" to use items?

Use items? Eh?

You mean +use or something? If so, it's probably just "bind f +use". Although, I might have the command wrong (the bind part is right, the "+use" part might not be - check what HL2 has bound to E and use that).

Just be aware it's completely useless in most all TF2 maps, except like one or two.

Where do you ever "Use" things? You just shoot at it or whack it with your melee stick.

bind f "+use" is what you're looking for.

I think the TC's actually making fun of how tf2 doesn't have a function to pick up items, like most other games do.

I figured it out. Thanks.

I just wanted to try playing Mario_Kart to see how it was.
Definitely some odd people playing that stage...

I think this topic can be closed, by the way.

You can also hide inside barrels by using them. This moves them and renders them briefly intangible, at which point you can crouch inside one.

...learn how visible you are before actually relying on this, though.
