1. Is the medigun really that long?
2. DoF is too extreme, it looks more like toyfort than gravelpit.

All others are cool though

Also, there's this Gmod addon that lets you make hats, IDK if it lets you edit hats on existing models, but

Yeah... in TF2 it actually is a tube that connects to the backpack of the Medic but I can't for the life of me know how to make it bend and attach it like in the real game.

So I tend to photoshop it (this one is obviously not shopped though)

I'll try to lessen it the DoF... to be honest, I turned it up cause when the scene had no DoF, it looked... err, how can I say this... less natural of a battle than I wanted it to be. >_> lol

BTW, do you know any ways to make it look like the classes are moving across the battlefield? Cause whenever I see that pic, it looks more like "They're just standing in a running pose" than "it looks like they're really runnning!"

The Scout and the Medic look great, but the Soldier looks like he is about to fall over. Keep that in mind. :)

Can you change the color of it to invisible?

Or since it is a ragdoll, does it change the whole ragdoll?

I don't do a lot with ragdolls.

Once again, Blitz is Credit to Team for Garry's Modders everywhere. Or, at least one.

There's a link to a model pack in there of a bunch of hexed TF2 skins. Download it and just extract the ones you want- inside there's the hatless Scoot, Soldier and Engy.

Also, the Medic's Medigun is like that because in TF2, the end of the tube is attached to the Medic's backpack and the tube itself uses jigglebone physics. Gmod doesn't support those, unfortunately, so the tube takes its reference position- a straight line.

Basically, it's re-worked collision models for the TF2 characters, making them a hell of a lot easier to pose. Also, you can pose the Demo's flap. :D

Got any other useful TF2 related gmod stuff I can work with? The TF2 ragdoll thing you linked will help me a HELL OUT MORE. I really really hate posing with those bastards >_> Especially the Sniper and Medic's legs! RAAAAGE

Hmm, can't really think of anything offhand. Skin tool, I know you have; Hatless chars and fixed phys you now have too (how did the sniper's leg bend like that, anyway? Seems like it would hurt like hell), you already use the HWM models... Maybe hexed custom skins for some variety? I dunno.

I use HWM models from time to time but the face posing is just loooong to work with.

I mean, my TF2 RPG pics are 50% HWM and 50% regular cause there are some parts where I get "**** it, I'll do it quickly" >_> I better learn how to make the posing of Hwm models faster lol
