Everything is on low settings, is there a mod I can install to maximize FPS even more?

Don't use what Land of GameCube said.

Here is Chris' main site, so you can get all the information, and all the other mods.
If you go on "How to Install," Chris does a step by step process of how to install it, and explains why maxframes isn't better than highframes. Maxframes is just highframes, but it make's it look like crap.

He talks about it in his Installation video. He said that some people prefer the pixelated look, but that if it helps out anyone, he'd be amazed if it was more than maybe 2 frames worth.

I heard downloading more ram makes the game run ultra smooth, 300 fps smooth.
