How do you move while taunting?

I've seen some people do this thing where they taunt and move at the same time, so it looks like they're sliding around. I'm pretty sure this isn't just a display glitch or something, because I see the same person doing it all the time.

You have to taunt just before you go off the edge of something. In your view you won't be taunting, but to everyone else you will

I am also pretty sure that it only works with the High-Five taunt.

That's weird... I saw a spy doing it just outside of dustbowl spawn, and he wasn't using high-five nor were they any obvious ledges there.

You can also do it by hacking... which requires no ledge or high five.

I just mentally went through each of the spawns and there are definitely ledges to do it on every stage of dustbowl
