Why do we need a gay-centric gaming convention? Regular gaming convention doesn't turn away gay people because uh... they're regular folks too?

It does seem rather unnecessary.

BTW, I know she also does voices the Announcer, but GLaDOS is far more well known and therefore more noteworthy.

Part of it's a pride thing, part of it's an acceptance thing. Is there any group more ostracized from gaming culture than the LGBT community? Besides women, of course.

The pride thing I can understand. The acceptance thing, why? They're are already accepted as gamers. Straight women are even more apt to be trolled online than gay women.

Yes, let's integrate the gay gamer community into an accepting society by making a convention about them.

Honestly, it's like trying to put bronies into society (no offense to the LGBT) with a Ponycon.

The only problem I have with gay people is when they talk about their gayness when I really don't care to know about it. They can do whatever they want to each other, don't tell me about it though.
