One rule at a time.

Take a shot every time you are killed by a Medic. Make it two if it's the Ubersaw, and three if it's the Crusader's Crossbow from long range.

Drink whenever a round ends by a Spy cap. Finish off the bottle if it was on the third stage of Dustbowl.
