I've been running it with the Hottie's Hoodie for a while now but it makes almost no difference. What new hat should I get to go with it?

Note: My wrap is painted Mann's Mint

Well, try the Napper's Respite. May go well. (Likely won't).

Napper's respite works well, though I prefer the Hoodie with it. I think it works the best. Hoodie + Wrap + Muffler is what I've been running. Head Warmer could also work

Actually I should've noted, I wanted to avoid the Head Warmed and Napper's Respite. The former because it would make the Wrap barely noticeable, and the latter due to almost everybody ever who has a Wrap using that combo

Otherwise Pyro's Beanie. Though you can't go wrong with the Vintage Merryweather.

I was thinking of getting it to use with my Head Warmer, but you saying it makes no difference is kinda disappointing. Do you happen to have a screen of this?

I've seen some people use it with Sight for Sore Eyes and it looks amusing, though idk if you want that (and Brigade Helm too, in this pic).
