+35% self-damage resistance.
delete the booties,make the bootlegger the default item

Self damage resistance is the way to go. Turn speed is useless since it can be forced via scripting and it has no effect on airstrafing ability.

make it recharge the targe/screen 3 seconds faster

make the PP recharge 3 seconds slower

Swap the slot these use with the shields, move the charge ability to them, and there you go.
