To sufficiently neutralize that would require an equal number of spies or snipers, or a mix of both. The spies would be mowed down if they all show up, though, and to keep them from respawning, they'd have to. And the snipers don't have time to charge, so it's either peep out and shoot or have three times the number of snipers . . .
