The Vending Machine:
You make a purchase, he gets metal. Purchases use primary weapon ammo as currency, the same as a ammo box refills
Minor Purchase- 20% of max primary weapon (gives engineer 40 metal)
Big Purchase- 50% of max primary weapon (give engineer 100 metal)
Major Purchase- 100% of max primary weapon (gives engineer 200 metal), class specifics become available
Minor purchases can be made from a level 1
Big purchases can also be made when upgraded to level 2
Major Purchases can be made when upgraded to level 3
Upgrading costs 1000 metal, and it can't be moved. It is a bigger investment to build up, but gives the team a great advantage at level 3. It is great for hunkering down on defense or making that last push on offense.

Girls = Time x Money. Time = Money. Girls = Money x Money = Money sq.
Money = sqrt Evil: Girls = sqrt Evil sq. Girls = Evil
1000 metal to upgrade is a LOT (that would be TEN resupplies for Engi), and as is it's very complicated. Not a bad idea, but far too complicated at this point. Perhaps if it was simplified to ammo for health/ubercharge or something?
Now Playing: BL2, TF2, SSZ

Sounds like something better suited for MvM. Bring the upgrade station closer to battle.

Amazing concept, really. But complicated as it is now, would fit better a single player game instead.
Was that based on Bioshock in any way?
