Ribbon?

Refering to this part of the faqs in split infinity's:

===============================================================================
PHON COAST area
===============================================================================

- Here is a little treat for you (credit: KADFC for showing it to me). In [Phon
Coast / Hunters' Camp] take a chocobo and ride it towards Tchita Uplands. In
Tchita Uplands go all the way W until you end up in [Tchita Uplands / The
Shaded Path]. Here talk to 'Game Hunter' standing near debris, then ascend the
debris and you'll be able to enter Cerobi Steppe.

- In Cerobi Steppe make it all the way SW until you enter Balfonheim.

- In [Balfonheim Port / Sea Breeze Lane] you can talk to few people (you cannot
enter other areas of Balfonheim yet), and when you want to return, simply use
GCR to warp back to [Phon Coast / Hunters' Camp].

- So what is the purpose of this trip? Cerobi Steppe is littered with great
treasures, among which you can find an infinite source of Ribbon.

I don't see a way to acend the debris. Can i do this yet?

if i can't at what point is the earliest i can get this infite scource of ribbon, and how if this is incorrect.

Did you make sure to get a chocobo?

Yes, a Chocobo can climb over the debris. It's a little difficult to find the "sweet spot," but it's there. But first things first you need to find yourself a Diamond Armlet. You're not getting that Ribbon without it.

That's the place. The chest itself does not show up very often at all. And if it does, it's still only a 50/50 chance that it'll hold the Armlet. Luckily there's a Save Crystal right next to the zone, so if you want to keep resetting until you get it, it won't take *too* terribly long.
