| Hi I usually contribute reviews and data.l But I find when there is a mistake that needs fixing. Nothing ever gets done and there is really no way for contributors to get the fixes they need.
I just wanted to know if others have felt this way too.

| 1) The two lone admins on this site mess with contributions, not the mods. The mods are supposed to only deal with Wiki contributions, which are relatively sparse.
2) If you have a problem with a contribution on the site, go here - http://www.gamefaqs.com/contribute/report_problem.php
3) Something *will* get done if you can justify it. You can't just say "This faq sux lolol". You need to prove the incorrectness of it, the incompleteness of it, etc.
4) Post on a contributor board if you need further help.
5) To answer the initially-implied question, it only feels bad when I bad feedback, especially for no particular reason.

| Its more a question of finding errors in critic reviews, and trying to fix those, getting new critic reviews to add, getting information.
There is no back and forth dialogue between the admins and the people.
I mean how is a user supposed to get a webmaster to email the admins when the admins dont even respond to emails to make sure they are aware of whats going on///////
It just comes off as lazy that the admins expect users to hunt down webmasters, that isnt how metacritic does it.
And then when we do get webmaster approval for a critic site. The admins never let people know so there are major gaps in the critic review coverage, which also doesnt happen on metacritic.
Its just a backwards system I havent gotten used to and I am getting frustrated. |
