I've only spotted them at the camp area on the deep jungle a few times. I only need 3 mistery goo left so I can finally make the Ultima weapon! How do I get them to respawn?

Leave the world, then enter again at the Tent. Alternatively, you can enter the tent and do a soft reset (Hold L1, R1, L2, R2, Select, and Start at the same time. If you do this, make sure to save first). Keep doing this and checking the camp itself until they appear. --- Things I learned from Earthbound: Toothbrushes blind people, mushrooms are evil, and trees explode when they die.

I had massive success with Rare Truffle bouncing on Captain Hook's ship. I also maxed out my stock of elixirs. --- John Lennon, 1940 - (Infinite Symbol)

Yeah, the Truffles in Neverland are the best source of Goo, once you've mastered truffle bopping (which is made a lot easier in Neverland thanks to flying). This also is one of the best ways for EXP; if you can manage to get all 4 Truffles there to 100 hits, we're talking 20200 Exp, which is a guaranteed level up plus some (as well as 8 Elixirs, 4 Megalixirs, 4 Shiitake Ranks (400 munny), 4 Matsutake Ranks (2000 Munny), and anywhere from 4-12 Mystery Goo). --- Things I learned from Earthbound: Toothbrushes blind people, mushrooms are evil, and trees explode when they die.
