Depends how pacifistic you're trying to be, a true pacifist run is impossible (you have to kill bosses and everything in the turret mini-game) but a near pacifistic run should be possible if you stealth your way past everything you don't have to kill and try to get your team to kill everything you do (though again you have to kill personally kill some bosses and everything in the turret mini-game).
