They charge when it ships I guess cause they haven't charged me yet.

It's not always true. A lot of other stuff I've ordered online gets charged asap like books, guitar gear, other games. It depends on the website.

Well Hazard, the idea is not to get charged if you don't have to. And not all sites wait until it ships to charge you.
