How long does it take for Blizzard to respond to an email?

I need them to unlock my account after it was "hacked" and auto-closed (I was actually spamming trade chat on my own but whatev), so I followed their email and sent a form saying I secured my account. Unfortunately, that was 3 days ago. When can I expect a response?

not as long as it takes to respond to an in-game ticket, but it is more likely you'll get a copypasta'd reply.
