I made a similar topic two days ago, and with the excess of bumps, decided to re-make it. Lol. Anyways, is Meditation and/or Improved VE needed for a PvP and PvE combined spec, such as this one?

That one currently has no points in Imp. VE, because I'm uncertain of which to remove. Basically, I tried taking a bit from Noxn's spec and a PvP spec and intertwined them, taking the (what I believe) mandatory ones. Any opinions?

meditation is a must for PVE otherwise you'll be spending a crapton of gold on mana pots.

Imp VE is situational sometimes you using it and other times you dont.

for pvp i dont think you'll ever use VE often because most people die before you can get a few ticks off.

Imp VE is nice, but situational. In PvP, the HP regen can help keep you alive longer, and in PvE grinding it's awesome for cutting downtime, but in instance groups and raids, adding substantial HoT power to your top-notch DPS capabilities can pull a lot of threat. Unless you have a really exceptional tank, you'll either have to cut your DPS or stop using VE to avoid getting squished.

Meditation is necessary...almost no room for question there. Every build should have it, in my opinion.
