yeah its great when i cant do squat about elementals but when im trying to wrangle aether rays its okay for druid to be able to cyclone my mob endlessly. Yeah thats real fair.

Cyclone dosent last 40-50 seconds, does it?

cyclone doesnt have diminishing returns in pve.

Cyclone does have a DR.

Cyclone indeed does have diminishing returns in PvE. If it didn't, druids would be the ultimate CC class in dungeons.

Nice table showing DR for both pvp and pve. And yes cyclone has DR for both. So at most you have to wait 10 sec. Assuming it's chain casted 3 times. After that they're immune.
