What's a good Alliance server with a medium-high population?

Preferably with a decent amount of low lvls as well so we have people to lvl up with? I've been hearing good things about Whisperwind, what is ya'lls opinion on it? Feel free to recommend me better ones.

Mok'Nathal is a good alliance server but our battlegroup is full of defeatists.
