i know you can't until 90(iirc), just curious how much to make sure i keep at all times.

I noticed there are two flight requirements at 90...

How much does the ability to fly in Pandaria cost and how much does Sky Serpent (Or whatever the second lvl 90 mount ability is for) riding cost?

2,500g for the flying skill, and Cloud Serpent Riding is a skill you get from becoming Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent and raising your own Cloud Serpent to ride.
