Chaos in Order brings Order to Chaos. Honour the Balance

and Wotlk breaks all the records, and actually beats BC! Even tho I voted for it, i did not expect it to be this ahead
Baten, you and others claim that MoP votes are invalid because it's too new. By the same boat I'll point out that many people who will end up finding MoP their favorate aren't voting yet because it's too new, so the arguement kind of evens itself out.
That said, I voted MoP, and not because it's still new, but because the content I've done so far, (first two Pandaria zones, pet battles, New Race stuff, Pandaren Starter, etc) Has been more fun than my experiences in other expansions. I suppose something horrible could come out to lower my opinion, but so long as the raids and continuing patches continue to match my past experiences MoP will win by default.
The only True Sovereign is Reason.
Vanilla - > MoP - > Wrath - > Cata - > TBC.
I was active since beta but quit for two years at the dawn of TBC era. TBC is just so bad.
Looks like the Wrath generation has grown up and is nostalgic for the good old days now :D

LiBe____BCNOFNe posted...Vanilla was awful, don't let anybody tell you otherwise. needing to find 40 competent people just to do a raid was disgusting.
I could see you, but I couldn't hear you You were holding your hat in the breeze Turning away from me In this moment you were stolen...
i like Vanilla the best because:
1- 40-man raids were epic, maybe too many people... but there were 20's too and you didn't need a full raid of 40 to win, many times we were short up to 10 people.
1.5- World Bosses, had many epic moments with guilds fighting over those.
2- PvP and PvE gear wasnt separated, when you got an awesome drop in a raid you could go stomp people with it.
3- PvP was fast-paced, everyone fought 1v1, 1vX... Once resillience came around, everyones a super tank, no point in trying to kill anything solo.
4- World PvP existed, but they killed it with Flying mounts and dungeon finder.
5- Engineering items in PvP
6- PvP video community because of said great pvp.
7- The world felt useful, people actually were in more places. now its Sit in capital city, queueing for things....
8- old AV was awesome
9- PvE just felt more competitive because there wasnt easy loot from heroics, and 2 modes of raiding.
i could go on.
Yes this is my OPINION so don't get too mad. I also like BC and WOTLK a lot but I think the game really gone downhill with Cata.
Vanilla for me. It was my first mmo experience and I have not had that much fun in a game in a seriously long time. I remember how boss you were if you we're running around on only 3 epics. The trill of taking down ragnaros on the molten core and generally everything about it. Nuff said.
Agree with this.

i like Vanilla the best because:
Because playing AV was fun for 2 days straight right?
Remember Paladins refreshing buffs every 5 minutes?
Vanilla was terrible and I will admit to that.
Challenge dungeons brah
Now I will give you 2, as that is something I do miss greatly.
On the WoW board today, Coop14 becomes the most desired male on the board in the span of a single day. -
From: crondizzle | #208i like Vanilla the best because:
Those "2 day AV" were VERY rare. I played to exalted on 3 chars, the longest AV i ever saw was 8 hours. And you could just leave the game. Yes its a matter of opinion. I enjoyed the long epic battles, getting the batriders, wolf riders, reavers, the Ice Lord, the goblin mines... They should make another long epic BG like that. Or make 2 different AV's. I understand a lot of people dont want a long battle thats what the other 2 BG's were for.
If that and paladins having short buff timer are your only complaints how was vanilla terrible? And what did the following expansions improve upon?
