how about just three different servers. 1 for pvp 1 for pve and one for rp.

Love China and India, great people, beautiful countries, but what does this have to do with WOW?

Once you lose interest in an MMO not much can change your mind to stay or return.

Because you made the parallel between playing WoW with being in NA, so if you're "looking for a new MMO", then I suggested China instead of NA.
