This was really convenient for me, because I finally accumulated 20 yesterday. I would've been mildly annoyed if I had turned in the 20 the day before 5.1 came out.

^This so much. I got my 20th yesterday and went to turn in. I was so happy when I noticed it only needed 5.

Is the dread amber shard turn-in also affected by the double reputation as well?
