I haven't done ANY raids. I don't want him to be inactive as I play my Warlock in PvP now so what should I do?

I thought you were canceling your sub for a month? But yeah it's never too late, I never raided until about a year ago.

I have. Doesn't hurt to plan ahead though. I still have a computer in my home. Just not good enough for WoW ;p
