I think he meant when you run out of rolls and have to wait.
I know what he meant, there's a difference in what he said though. --- I'm told I look a lot like Rory Macdonald - http://i46.tinypic.com/2eyf5sy.jpg Set to WARNED status for being a Republican on 11/08/2012

Its fun for flag carrying in bgs. Set it up with 3 healing orbs in a well hidden nook, port back when in danger. Its like warlock teleport, but less obvious and no los issues.
For WSG for instance, I set it up on the roof, and camp out at the first floor, if there's too muhc trouble, I port back with some health and buy myself time if horde are too stupid to figure out where I went, or at least make them run up the ramp. --- |B|I|L|L|Y|C|O|E|N|...my anti-drug.

It's only Demonic Gateway that has LoS issues. You don't need LoS for Demonic Circle teleporting.
The differences between Transcendence and Demonic Circle are...
Transcendence placement has a 45 second CD, Demonic Circle placement has no cooldown Transcendence lasts 15 minutes while Demonic Circle only lasts 6 Transcendence "switches" teleport points when you use it, Demonic Circle stays where placed after teleporting Transcendence swapping has a brief cast time, Demonic Circle teleportation is instant An affliction warlock can soulburn to gain a speed boost and snare immunity after teleporting. I don't think monks have any equivalent with transcendence --- http://i33.tinypic.com/i3yr8w.png http://i56.tinypic.com/2d9tox1.jpg
