People throw around the term FoTM for future patches, which is obviously 100% pure speculation?
i.e. I've wanted to roll a Rogue for quite sometime now, but time hasn't really permitted. Now that my evenings have opened up a bit, I plan to start one and some people were saying "Oh, sweet FoTM reroll." How the hell are Rogues even remotely considered flavor of the month right now? All I've heard and seen is that they're in a really bad spot in PvP and their PvE DPS is good if you're really good and god-awful if you aren't. This seems to be the case with many classes, so am I missing something here? Are Rogues getting superbuffed with plate armor, powerful instant self-heals, and 10 different Execute-type abilities that don't require energy and have no GCD?
Maybe Rogues are slated to get some buffs. --- /target keyboard /cast faceroll

Buffs are a great reason to try a new class. Let them ***** man --- /\/ / /\/_/ /\ G A I D E N

FotM is used to describe people who solely make a new character/start playing one because they're getting buffs. That's really it, nothing else. Even if that isn't your intent, you'll get branded with it.

Rogues were really struggling as a class in 5.0 and 5.1. In 5.2 they're getting a big wave of much needed PvP buffs, leading to speculation that Blizzard, as often happens, will overdo it and rogues will return to being the unstoppable death machines that they were in 4.3. --- http://i33.tinypic.com/i3yr8w.png http://i56.tinypic.com/2d9tox1.jpg
