I think the sky looks like that above Sha of Anger too.

Haven't been doing much in MoP so far, is there heavy ties to the Sha in dread wastes?

That is Juan awesome sky. I had seen it above the Sha of Anger, but I didn't ever look up in Dread Wastes.

In a game with magic, people being able to make big dragons appear out of nowhere, priests that can become living shadows, and bears without hearts, you think the sky changing color is far-fetched?

That juan time you fight Sha of Doubt in Jade Forest the sky turns like that.

In fact the sky there probably remains that way when you do Yu'lon dailies.
