Townlong Steppes and Dread Wastes are the best.

Even though it's my favorite zone (visually, since apparently that must be made clear), Jade Forest is kind of a pain to do over and over again. It's the most linear zone and it's the only one you have to choose from.

After that, I don't mind Pandaria leveling in the least because of the options.

If you finish all of Jade Forest, which is awesome for Horde, at least, you'll be 87. At that point you're far enough ahead that you can go to Krasarang, Kun Lai, or Valley. Finish one of those zones (not even 100%) and you'll be 88. You can keep doing the lower zones or proceed to Townlong. Same option at 89 with Dread Wastes.

If you never found groove in end-game, there's no point in coming back really. They added some new things to do, but you would be paying 15$ a month for an inferior version of Pokemon and Harvest Moon basically.

Only how every zone pretty much opens up to you if you finish all of Jade Forest

Plus being Horde = Freaking most fun leveling I have had since BC in Jade Forest.

MoP is the best XPac by far

Krasarang vs. Valley, for starters, and then being able to choose what hubs you do in what order within each zone. Kun-Lai is just a huge pile of smaller questlines, so you can do a lot of pick-and-choose there, as well. Townlong has a bit less, but still more than Jade Forest, and Dread Wastes only really has about three questlines, so it's about the same as Jade Forest. I tended to hit 90 right at the start of it, though.

All of those are far more diverse than Jade Forest's very linear, long questline with a handful of small hubs.

Edit:
Sorry, meant all of those with the exception of Dread Wastes.

It's so different at 90 now than it was at 85 or 80, and leveling up in MoP from 85-90 is actually something you could do numerous times and not get tired of.

It's all a matter of opinion I suppose.

even outland is more enjoyable.
