First off, all accounts are streaming. You actively download while playing; it's been this way for awhile now. You can party with people, but you can't use the AH, and You have limited chat capabilities. I think you can reply to whispers but not imitate them, can talk in party/general, but not trade. Not sure about those altogether.

All of that is true. Oddly enough if you have real ID already set up it still shows you as beingon even though you cant use it. You can initiate pms with char friends though. I have yet to try to get someone to port me to pandaland, cataland, or bcland so I dont know if you can access those or not.
