Does that mean the old Ulduar dwarf farming works too? (the trash before FL)

Or was that specifically hotfixed?

If you're only 86 maybe do TotT elemental hall farming (if you can solo that far)

Ulduar trash was fixed. Not sure if they are grey yet at 86 but the fallen heroes in Icecrown are plentiful.

I haven't even set foot in Vash on this char, so unless theres an easy way to the portal I don't think I'd want to do that.
