Or can I even get to it as a fresh level 90? I literally hit 90 and then logged off without doing any dailies. I'm still in quest greens/dungeon blues.

If the 5.1 quest hubs are any indication, it might be possible, but some of those quests are going to be ridiculously difficult.

If they are as tough as shieldwalls can be as a fresh 90 I would guess no.

Get some crafted gear, maybe some heroic gear, and the 5.1 quests shouldn't be that hard.

It all depends on your frustration tolerance. My guess is that, like the Dominance dailies, some will be as easy as regular dailies, and some will be ridiculously hard for your ilvl. I would say it's worth at least giving them a try while you queue for heroics, and if you find them too hard you can always work on your GL rep, Klaxxi, Tillers, etc.

Or just, you know, group up for them. Everyone will be doing them, so shouldn't be hard to find someone to tag along with.

I've done Op: Shieldwall dailies as a fresh 90 w.w. monk, s. priest, surv. hunter, and combat rogue. They were always ridiculously easy even in like iLvl 440, but they did take longer.

Just glyph/talent for surviving solo until you get iLvl 460. The DPS contribution from proper glyphing is generally insignificant with a few notable exceptions which seem to be disappearing in 5.2 (e.g. Glyph of Marked for Death and Glyph of Flameshock.)

Why don't you just try it out for yourself when the realms come up instead of asking us for permission, do you seriously need someone to hold your hand when you play this game?
