This poll is now closed.
I can't fit all the races on the poll, so I'm going to go ahead and use the races listed in the comments of basically every race WoWhead page posted by sylancer - minus the Tauren.

http://www.wowhead.com/race=4#comments

compare to other Racials:

Human: Mace Specialization, Sword Specialization (340 Expertise)
Dwarf: Mace Specialization, Crack Shot (340 Expertise)
Gnome: Shortblade Specialization (340 Expertise)
Night Elf: Quickness (1,770 Dodge)
Draenei: Heroic Presence (340 Hit)
Worgen: Viciousness (600 Critical Strike)
Orc: Axe Specialization (340 Expertise)
Troll: Dead Eye (340 Expertise)
Tauren: Endurance
Goblin: Time is Money (425 Haste)
Pandaren: Epicurean (300 Intellect, Agility, Strength, Spirit, Hit, Expertise, or 450 Stamina)

Looking at just the numbers and raw itemization benefit, I think it's safe to say the Night Elf has the best deal - but that's really only good for Tanking, and it seems to have a relatively low priority on the Stat suggestions from Icy Veins.

So next comes Worgan, but again that's really only beneficial for DPS.

So the next argument is for the Goblin, which I think performs really well. 425 haste helps every class and it is numerically higher than the 340 expertise the other races grant. The other goblin perks are pretty nice too.

Ultimately though, I think my Vote goes to the Pandaran, just because they can shift around their bonus according to their needs, and they can add to Int, Agi, Str, and Spirit, which none of the other races have that opportunity.

For some classes, adding to one of those base stats has a double benefit. For instance 300 spirit for a Elementalist Shaman is also 300 hit, adding up to a benefit of 600 points.

The main disadvantage the Pandaran has is that it costs money to get these cooking buffs. Still most players are going to want the buffs anyway, so I still consider it a freebie for the Pandaran.

Pandaren. Nothing beats taking less falling damage.

Human easily imo. Also why are you missing out a lot of the racial abilities in your description for the races?

For human alone the rep bonus and emfhs are extremly strong and hard to ignore.

Undead, Will of the Forsaken though nerfed from past versions is still great, and Cannibalize.

Cannibalize makes UD Rogues your best selection for a rogue class. Eating your victims to regain the precious health they just took.

I'm not intentionally doing that. I don't think I need to put all the racials in the post for there to be a discussion (Since you can just as easily look up the others.)

As for the infamous "Every Man for Himself" being "Teh best thing evah". I don't agree. It's especially powerful for PvP, but so is Will of the Forsaken and Escape Artist - and THOSE racials can be used within less than 2 minutes of your PvP trinket.

The thing about comparing stat bonuses as opposed to active abilities is that you can measure them a little easier against each other because they're not as based on circumstance. In many cases you won't be using Every Man for Himself in PvE because your tank is going to be controlling the boss, or the boss doesn't have any Crowd Control that the Healer can't just pull off of you anyway, etc.

One argument you can make for the Orc however is you can convert his Blood Rage racial into a flat bonus by dividing the burst DPS it provides into the time, which I think someone calculated out to around a 500 bonus to Spell power or AP if you used it every 2 minutes (I'm not going to bother calculating it myself.) With that in mind, Trolls and Orcs with the right class combination can get as high as an 800 stat bonus by using their racials. In PvE, they don't even have to equip their PvP trinket a lot of time, so comparing Every Man for Himself to the Troll and Orc racials is pointless.

And even considering the PvP trinket, you can get PvP trinkets that give Mastery, Crit, PvP power and Resiliance, making them very similar to other trinkets you could put in that slot anyway.

If I were to rate Humans any higher, I would be lauding the Diplomacy bonus first, but even with that once you've hit exalted with every faction (Yes, this is a lot of work) the Racial suddenly becomes as worthless as the Pandaran's Rested EXP bonus once you hit the cap.

In the end I don't think the Human has the best racials though. I think they're good, but I think some of the other races have more things to offer that aren't replaceable, substitutable, or circumstantial.
