On Bleeding Hollow yesterday, there so many people killing him that the server crashed. He was just chillin there doing nothing as we all watched his life drop. Re logged to find a nice pile of refuse sitting in my inv, if only it was sexy lootz!

Killed it yesterday with around 5 40man groups on Twisting Nether EU (no alliance there to crash the party), still managed to get him to 350% increased damage, but he died eventually :p

Good times.

Spiritfire Beam - Oondasta fires a beam of spiritfire energy at a player, inflicting 150,000 Fire damage and jumping to a nearby ally. Up to 20 players can be affected, with damage increasing by 50% with each jump.

And people wonder why larger groups fail so hard on this boss.

a group of 20-30 that actually know how to spread would have a much easier time.

Yeah, until all the noobs come in and try to pull and wipe out your wipe by standing too close.

Thus, its just a lot simpler to zerg it with your entire faction and screw the mechanics.

holy dino nuts that is way too many dead bodies and everything else. I fought that battle until my gear was broken and we still didnt kill him. This fight was especially annoying as a melee

--Growing Fury means you need really high dps before he starts 1-shotting tanks and his roar starts 1-shotting players, and Growing Fury stacks quickly.

Before I could even get a hit in he one-hit KO'd me. I wasn't even in front of him. 1.2k million damage. Had about 90 people attacking him and about 25 died to that the first time he did it. lol

Downed on saturday on Ghostlands EU

Three full raid groups. I'm relatively new to the server so I don't know people, but a guy from one of the well known guilds on the realm was trying to lead all three groups and put a semblance of strategy. Still a lot corpse running but we managed it.

Getting regular 600k+ hits as a tank is hilarious ^^

gold x2 for me ofc :[

Darkmoon faire did it with 4 raid groups basically having one go after anothee so he never dropped combat. I felt like a soldier on a battlefield waiting for the order to charge, watching as my allies were fighting and psyching myself up for my turn... It was glorious!
