Best profession to make money with to replace Mining/Herbs?

I have both mining and herbalism, what would be the best one to drop for the other one to support to make gold with?

Either switch mining to alchemy or herbalism to JC - but don't do either until you've spent a good day farming the required mats to level the profession (or have the gold)

get another character to get both alch and jc with
xmute meta gems then cut

cuts are from 85+ content tho so....
