It is an interesting mechanic in concept, but honestly priest has been better and more fun in Cataclysm (like most of endgame content) when it was a new mechanic balanced around the new inflation in stats and didn't lead up to the current scrub magnet model. It's like WotLK all over again except that it isn't limited to tank healing(not that it was back then but holy was just too good to be not used in raid healing).

disc priest crits dont actually heal for 200%? Did not know that. Sounds pretty annoying to me.

Let's say Divine Aegis didn't exist. Your Flash Heal heals for 125k and 250k crit. With Divine Aegis your Flash Heal crits for 125k and puts a 125k absorb shield on your target.

Divine Aegis was my favorite thing about any healer before MoP. I think it's terrible now. They have ruined that spec.

I didn't vote because I didn't like either of the answers.. I feel it was too strong as its current forum, however I am not completely satisfied with there changes. I do feel they are still one of the strongest specs, and will continue to play even after the atonement nerf which was also needed
