Ungoro Crater because of its mysterious quality.

Side from the crater nearly every post classic zone is better because they just put much more detail into environments.

The blood elf starter zone, ghost lands and the old barrens. Oh how I loved the old barrens :,)

Storm Peaks

Winterspring (I think that's what it's called... the one in the NE corner of Kalimdor with Frostsaber Rock)

Silithus looks so cool. It's big and boring and grey and depressing, full of Zerg and worms and stuff.

Storm Peaks for the atmosphere, Eastern Plaguelands for the quests.
I see dead people.

Icecrown. I love snow and I love zombies. Also, it was WoW's first serious attempt at phasing, and the entire quest chain for the beginning of that zone blew my mind.

Durotar and Old Loch Modan purely for nostalgia purposes.

Other areas that I really like: Silithus, Winterspring, Grizzly Hills, Hinterlands, and Zangarmarsh for the aesthetics.

I have to say, running across the plains of Mulgore as a cat (Druid), while it's raining in-game with that music playing is an awesome experience.
