What standard style?
These are not GameShark codes.

There are only 2 types of 'styles' for Game Genie codes for the Game Boy/Game Gear, those with a compare value (9 digit codes) and without a compare value (6 digit codes).

Compare values are important if you don't want your games to glitch up from modifying data when it should be changed.

Here's good reading on the encryption scheme for Game Genie:
http://gamehacking.org/library/114

And here is the Final Fantasy Adventure code page where you can see the three types of codes, 6 digit Game Genie, the more reliable 9 digit Game Genie, and GameShark:

...if a code involves changing value 123456 to AB, the code should be 123456AB, not A27-BC8-F82 (or whatever).

Yes, they added in encryption to make the codes seem more "magical", but (1) that slows down figuring out how the games work, and (2) these days most people use the exact values, not the encrypted versions.

I'm posting the codes correctly, they work on both emulators and real hardware. I tested these on a Super Game Boy in a SNES with a Game Genie attached. You can't enter unencrypted codes into a real Game Genie cartridge.

The values of the code are not encrypted in Game Boy Game Genie codes, they're simply the first two digits.

But if you really want them unencrypted, here you go (the ones created by me):
Being Poisoned Grants Max HP
If 0x7960 is equal to 0x03, then change it to 0x00.
If 0x7962 is equal to 0x00, then change it to 0xFF.
If 0x7963 is equal to 0x00, then change it to 0xFF.

Immunity To Poison
If 0x795A is equal to 0x95, then change it to 0x00.
If 0x7969 is equal to 0xEA, then change it to 0xFA.

Infinite Equipped Item Usage (Except Keys)
If 0x71BE is equal to 0x35, then change it to 0x00.

Infinite Key Usage
If 0x3B7E is equal to 0x35, then change it to 0x00.

Infinite MP
If 0x7193 is equal to 0x90, then change it to 0x00.

One Hit Kills Some Enemies
If 0x436D is equal to 0x79, then change it to 0x00.

Weapon Power Meter Instantly Fills

Weapon Power Meter Never Decreases
If 0x3ED5 is equal to 0xEA, then change it to 0xFA.
