Am I the only person that made a dedicaded white mage. I made firion my white mage well I plan to I have yet to start a real session of the game. Is it good to have a white mage,a black mage, a sage, A white mage with a little bit of black magic,or a black mage with a little bit of white magic

Do you mean a White Mage without any black magic? Or a White Mage without black magic or weapon skills?

Plenty of people do the former. Dedicating a mage to one type is a good way to boost that stat quicker.

The latter I'm not sure about. The start of the game might be awkward for the character who must use White magic every single turn.

All of those could be used to make a balanced team that works well.

E.g. If you have two healers the Black mage doesn't need white magic. Or the Black mage could have the white magic instead of the Fighter type.
