Got a favorite town? What is it?

The Glitch Town is this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tm5XSrv-Uk&feature=endscreen&NR=1
Cast Fairy off above the screen in Darunia and you drop into a bizarro town. Exit the town or go through the gate and you're deposited off in the ocean near the Valley of Death. Take the one door in town and the town gets progressively glitchier. It's been known about since whenever Nintendo Power published the trick.

Yep, Mido for me. I like the white color and the additional sword move.

It's either Saria or Mido. I think you get the staple abilities from these towns but I hate how white Mido is so I'm going to go with Saria. Saria also has the advantage of being near Death Mountain and that's where I'd grind to get my level ups.
Well, I suppose it's time to get kidnapped again...

Any town that townspeople turn into bats. I love those because it gave a sense of mystery to the town.

That would be Saria, Darunia, and the Glitch Town.

My vote goes to Mido. That's the first town you really have to EARN AND FIGHT your way to. And the fact that you can get good magic and the downward thrust there makes it probably the most important town in the game. I mean, you need Fairy, for sure. But you also need the downward thrust to finish the game. And there are no bats in Mido to screw you over by accident.

Nabooro, on the other hand, is kind of lame. There's not much to do there at all.
