Robo (or Lucca)

-mostly just that he's the main character, so it feels weird without him finishing the story

-favorite character
-very passionate personality
-very cute

-second favorite character
-kind and loyal, more human than most humans
-calm and rational, inner strength

-I like her personality, and she's been there from the start, so sometimes I feel like she, Marle and Crono should finish what they started together

Clearly, my reasons are personality-dependent and not ability-dependent.

-The leader. Has to be there.

-The leader's best friend and fellow swordsman.

-Just because he's badass.

This game is easy with any party. May as well pick the stylish allies.

Crono, Frog, Ayla, until Crono dies and I get Magus. Slurp Kiss = best healing move in the game.

Then Magus, Crono, Robo; or Magus, Lucca, Robo. Robo replaces Slurp Kiss and Omega Flare is awesome.
When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.

Crono, Robo, Lucca. Crono because he's the main character and because he's just a good character. Robo for Heal Beam. Lucca for Flare (and Fire Tackle when Robo has non-healing turns).

Crono, Frog and Robo because they are utra badass together. High-damage physical techs destroy most everything, and PantyRaid is the first triple tech that I unlocked and is awesomely cheap.

Crono, Lucca, Marle. I know its not optimal, but I really like Antipode 3 for some reason...

PantyRaid? Lol!

Actually, I think that team is very close to optimal in terms ot damage per second. Lumiaire and Antipode 3 in the same turn is a ton of damage on all targets, with only 2 animations. I use that combo when I max everyone's magic.

Robo, Magus and Lucca is a solid team because of Omega Flare. That thing is ludicrous...
This has been another (probably) uselessly informative post, by me. Booyah!

Crono, Frog, Ayla,

Luminaire, Triple Kick, Falcon Hit, Slurp Kiss, Drop kick, 3D attack

"Triple Raid" is just so meh that I decided I would call it Panty Raid. It's extremely cheap costing only 2mp for Crono and Frog and only 4mp for Robo, yet it does tons of damage. I like it.

There is lots to be said about the Crono, Ayla, Frog team, also. The X-Strike/Triple Kick triple tech is devastating, and each of them can pack a serious whallop solo, yet they are not totally nerfed in healing thanks to Slurp Kiss. Love it.
