Gemini's site down?

As per what has been said on this topic:

I'll state this once again: no, the project's not dead, the site's not dead (the host is just moving, will take some time before it's up again), nobody took down nobody's web space, we're all alive and still working on something. Clear?

Found the facebook page of his. Pretty interesting to see you linked to this topic Gemini. Good to know everything's going well though.

I will get the 3DS... but not exactly for Soul Hackers, but for Shin Megami Tensei IV :P

yeaaaaah, dammit, at this rate with both soul hackers and smt 4, my next handheld purchase will be the 3ds.
The vita looks and performs so much nicer... but once again its going to get destroyed in the library race.

Have you ever heard the story of the tortoise and the hare?

The Vita is off to a slow start, but Sony sticks with their consoles for the long haul. That's why the PSP is still doing well in Japan. They don't give up on their systems. Nintendo ditches support almost immediately once they have their newest thing.

Atlus is trying to save development costs by developing for what amounts as a last-gen system as a portable with a 3D veneer. It's like Japanese developers are afraid of actually investing in current-gen level games. They want to stick to the last-gen level games, by hook or by crook. It's safe. That's where they have the most experience.

I would like to see the industry grow, though, not stagnate. The 3DS is a step in the wrong direction. Reintroducing region-locks? Are you kidding me? Paired with 3D that may even screw people's eyes up in the long run... It's just not a good system. I'm sure the games are fun: don't get me wrong. You can have fun games on ANY system, even the original Gameboy. But the 3DS is not good for the future of gaming. Neither are smartphone games. Sure, it's easy to make a quick buck with a small investment... That's good for game companies, but not for gamers.

Hey Tom, is there any truth to this?

I don't know what Gemini said, so I can't say whether or not it's true.

I suppose I can only say that the projects are dead if "dead" means that they're not actively being worked on... They certainly aren't "alive." Nobody's touched these projects recently. The scripts have been done for years. The projects haven't been canceled by Gemini though, if that means anything. I just don't expect to see them actually hacked for a long time, if ever.

If Gemini ever wants to work on them, they may get done. It's entirely up to him.

I agree entirely about the 3DS, but unfortunately, Soul Hackers and SMTIV made it a no brainer for me. At the end of the day, I have to go where the games are, albeit regrettably(I vastly prefer the Vita to the 3DS).

Aerdan page's down for so long..

Are there any new news on what's going on? Failtus really got on Gemini's ass?
Are there any chance that Aerdan would be back, or is it completely, totally dead?
I play these anytime and at any place: Metal Gear series, Silent Hill series, The King of Fighters series.
