I too vote for Natume's various screw ups in translation (Lillia at Popuri's wedding in FoMT is one of my personal favorites) and the falling off the edge of the world MM glitch.

I never heard about that game-freezing glitch, although something like that happened to me with Ocarina of Time Master Quest on Gamecube after I used an AR disc on it. There were these black bars on the top and bottom of the screen like in a cutscene, the middle of the screen was bright green and there was this weird oscillating "woop" sound. Aside from the fact that it completely ruined my game, it was still pretty cool.
