my english class (which is supposedly a "flagship" umd course is the probably worst thing ever invented (100+ pages a week, tests consist of quotes from various books and articles and you have to identify the author, character that said it and the purpose)

oh and i also pretty much want to marry this one girl....... again

i literally hate reading, that's why i have Microsoft Sam dictate every GameFAQs post for me

my roommate does a DICKload of reading per week (psych major) and i can't help but feel bad for him, even though i have like half a decade of math homework to do nightly

and i also want to marry a girl but i'll probably never talk to her because i'm wimpy

i can't believe we're halfway through november already. the semester is basically over

i'm gonna need 90's on 4/5 finals to get flat B's v_v. I'm taking 2 weed-out courses at the moment and that combined with my f***ing stupid english class that I thought would be at least interesting enough to make up for it's hardness is just destroying me.

But I mean I guess the weed-out courses are serving their purpose by potentially kicking my dumb ass out of my major.

I hated reading until this year. When you can pick out the books that you actually want to read and aren't forced it can be enjoyable, it's like watching a movie.

We have two required writing courses and have to take at least one literature course.

You can exempt yourself from Advanced Composition (second writing course) with an A in English 101, but in my class, only two people got grades that weren't B+'s.

Went to the special olympics today for my philanthropy, went better than I expected.

And they all did better than I would have.
