Yeah Wing, when I really get into an RPG it's not enough that I simply beat it, I have to get everything/cap.

And yes, the Serpent method does prove to be the most effective. Even better than Sandworms.

Fishmen are great toward the beginning of the game. I use them until Noah learns "Wind". But Sandworms are undoubtedly better mid/end-game.

But that lack of a treasure chest in the Serpent battle (Air Castle) makes all the difference. By then you can kill it in 1 round, rinse, repeat...
