The damn save files didn't keep erasing on their own. ;_;
There's always the ROM, but still, it's not the same experience, y'know?
Btw, if kawaiifan is reading this, hi. Most likely, you met me here, and sent me that e-mail. Thanks. --- I sing my songs, for the sake of conveying love... My pearl shines, for the sake of illuminating the ocean... Pichi Pichi Voice, LIVE START!
It's all good for me because my computer uses a computer monitor and the TV monitor in my room. All I gotta do is move the computer speakers near my TV, and I'm set! I have a controller, too, so it's awsome.
I usually do this when I watch anime though.

I suppose I'm lucky, then. My SNES and Kirby Super Star games are functioning as well as they've always been. I'm running up the demo's treasure count as we speak. It's been about a day and I'm only at 1,020,000 gold right now.
My NES, however, is less functional. Granted, it's still working, but sometimes the game takes some repositioning to get it to play.

I hear ya! I've had my copy since 1997 or so, and in just a few years the files often erased themselves just from pulling the cart in and out several times! I learned that the hard way, having lost no less than 2 or 3 100% files to this!!
Now I'm on my second SNES and a new TV, and I still play this game now and then today. About a year ago I finished another 100% file. --- "VICTOLY!!" Samurai Shodown 3, NeoGeo
