New Ad Engine

Today on GameFAQs, for all users outside of the UK, Australia, and certain targeted Asian countries, we're switching to a new ad serving engine. What this means to you is that ads will be served solely through JavaScript instead of from an internal ad server, which should mean that base GameFAQs page will render slightly more quickly than before, with ads loading in afterwards.

In order to ensure that the new ad serving doesn't disrupt your message board and game page views (by pushing the content down the page a few seconds after it's loaded), we're pre-reserving ad space at the top of each page. We know that some of you are very picky about the way GameFAQs pages render, so we're also giving you the option to turn that off on your site settings page (http://www.gamefaqs.com/user/site.html).

As always, if you encounter any issues with advertisements, please fill out our Advertisement Problem feedback form: http://www.gamefaqs.com/features/feedback/index.php?type=22

Um, not to criticize science or anything, but wouldn't it be easier just to call it "the pink one"?
