I've seen people saying that miso stew (i think) is the best thing to put into the mixer for fast growth. Ever since then i've been wondering what makes it the best. Which eventually also led me to thinking what makes it progress? Is it quality, quantity or dish specific?
So quality, meaning one miso stew which costs 100+ eleth is better than 2 20 eleth dishes.
Quantity, meaning any 2 dishes give more progress than 1.
Specific dishes?
I'm looking for a best way to do this and i think i've found it at last, but not sure what dishes to choose.
By the way, right now i'm using this set
Mabo Cury (Just to save my self the trouble of ressurecting in case i die)
Paella (lame dish, but low cost and cooks after 10 sec in battle)
Fried Rice (Same as above)
Miso Stew (I use it but not yet sure why, after battle use if eleth is 50% or more)
Quiche (After battle use if eleth is less than 50%)
Book of Growth (gives at least a little progress after each battle for only 10 eleth)
Book of potential (increases progress for dishes cooked in battle)
Book of Satation (can cook 2 dishes per battle)
Optional:
Book of restraint (1/4 dish effect 1/2 dish cost, handy since of of above books double the cost)
Book of dissolution (turns any excess items into eleth, handy as it keeps the eleth reasonably high in higher lvl dungeons)
Book of expansion (Adds slot progress?)
Simple, the books are self explanatory and the end result in most battles is 2 dishes in battle, 1 post battle(Standart cost, increased exp) + some static bonus for book of growth.
So far the best i could think of, feel free to share any better ideas if you have any.
