So old? I thought he was just a divergent timeline from Booker making them the same age, since Elizabeth is still 20 it doesn't make sense for it to be time travel. --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y75nDqGOgOE Looks like Orwell was about 30 years off.
"The Prophet is dying. The metastasis has aged his so quickly. Why does this Comstock decay, while a Comstock in another world remain fit? If genetics are destiny, what accounts for the difference? Perhaps exposure to the contraption? Hm. It merits further study." --Rsalind Lutece, December the 4th, 1907
Ah, must have missed that diary, thanks. Was I the only one who thought Liz was the Lutece's incest baby there up until the end? --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y75nDqGOgOE Looks like Orwell was about 30 years off.
It wouldn't actually have been an incest baby since they are the same person from separate universes.
Wait, what? Must've missed that one too.
It's explained through several voxophones, and also through the cutscene where Comstock is taking Anna. If you stand there, you can listen to the Luteces converse about how Robert is nervous about going through, but Rosalind is egging him on.
Robert is the Lutece in Booker's universe, and Rosalind the one in Comstock's.
